What happens when I offer a ticket to someone?

You will be prompted to purchase a pair of tickets (if you haven't already) and the ticket to the selected event will be offered to the user you choose. That user will have 48 hours to accept or decline. If they do neither, the offer times out and you can offer the tickets again to a different user.
